VOLT CAPITAL SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY SIV
VCP deploys capital through the Volt Capital Sustainable Mobility Special Investment Vehicle (“SIV”), a sector-focused investment structure targeting medium- and high-growth opportunities exclusively within electric vehicle and sustainable mobility markets. The SIV invests across a blended portfolio of equity securities, convertible instruments and selected structured securities, enabling flexible participation across both emerging technology companies and scaling mobility businesses.

By combining operating expertise with targeted investment capability, the SIV aims to build a portfolio that captures value across the evolving mobility value chain — including vehicle manufacturing, electrification technologies, supporting infrastructure and engineering services — positioning the group to benefit from the long-term global transition toward sustainable transport and energy-efficient mobility solutions.
